18-MONTH COMMERCIAL WARRANTY AGREEMENT

1. Under the terms of Decree-Law No. 84/2021, of October 18, 2021, which regulates consumer rights regarding the purchase and sale of goods, for used vehicles, it is agreed between the buyer and the selling entity that the purchased vehicle will have a warranty period of 18 months by mutual agreement, with a reduction in the public sale price, or a 6-month period if the buyer is a company, sole proprietor (ENI), or an individual using the vehicle predominantly for professional purposes, in accordance with Articles 913, 916, and 921 of the Civil Code.

2. There is an option to purchase the vehicle with a 36-month warranty, with price adjustments applied to the sale of the used vehicle.

3. The warranties for the vehicles we have for sale are handled directly by LFMOTORS, without the involvement of external entities. This ensures complete peace of mind for our customers.

4. Before delivery to the customer, we take care of each vehicle as if it were our own. It undergoes a comprehensive evaluation, including engine inspection, braking system, electrical and electronic system, suspension, tires, and much more. With preventive maintenance and compatible parts, we ensure that each vehicle is in optimal condition.

NOTE: WE DO NOT SELL OUR VEHICLES WITHOUT A WARRANTY IN EXCHANGE FOR A REDUCTION IN THE SALE PRICE.
Warranties are valid exclusively in mainland Portugal.
